Christ reappear on Benbecula after the massive ' metamorphic reproduction miracle ' tore it up a while back in 2003, with their new ep ' Seeing and Doing '.

' Fragile ' clicks cuts and glides towards you leaving a trail of hissing chaos and melting vocals in its wake, whilst sending out an atmosphere rich melody into the airwaves full of commands only certain machines can break. Short but full of life.' Marsh of epidemics ' drops a heavier theme than ' Fragile ' with bassy reverbing roly polys that are crammed to the hilt with smiling faces all trying to say something special to you, as they embark through a topsy turvy land. Rich in sound and magic.

' Magic piano ' is a musical box carved completely out of black space and heavy water, that releases a deep space probe back towards earth. Hissing crackles that crush together like snow between the treads on a tyre, and cascading lines of ball bearings, sew themselves together to create a dark intelligent liquid that swells into a marauding force which gradually takes over the sky, and sinks the world into a comfortable darkness. Epic.
A heavy downrush of splintering worlds, blasted into a zillion pieces rushes by like a rogue stream that has burst its banks offers a welcome to you in 'Alter Boy'. Vocals float around in the distance and rise into the sky like escaped balloons as surge upon surge of head expanding audio continues to compact itself into bite size cubes, which then dive headfirst into every opening on your face carrying tiny backpacks of excellence for you to enjoy. Really amazing track.

You also get an mpeg video of ' Always to Play ' to enjoy, this one carries the audio style of Christ onto a visual plane with thought provoking visuals blended with a brooding combination of memories that keeps you watching.

' Seeing and Doing ' has infiltrated by head even more than ' metamorphic reproduction miracle ', its like an infection that causes you to just pause and listen without even needing to focus on the music, which goes to prove the quality is built within. I love it.
